Nadia Nakai calls out Zimbabwean promoter, “I’m starving!”

The rapper Nadia Nakai’s performance at the 8th annual Changamire Festival Awards, which were held at Long Cheng Plaza in Harare, didn’t go as she was anticipating.

The Dangerous singer denounced the Zimbabwean promoters on Instagram for allegedly leaving the artist famished in her hotel room.

Nadia pleaded with her followers in an Instagram story to suggest a delivery service like Uber Eats or a comparable one so she could have some food.

“Guys, is there an Uber Eats in Zimbabwe? Or an alternative? These promoters really don’t give a f**k! And I’m starving!”

On April 12, Nadia attended the Changamire Festival Awards ceremony and accepted the prize for “Most Influential Female African” artist.

Nadia, who is now on a recovery path following the tragic death of her lover, fellow rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes, also visited her mother’s relatives in Harare while in Zimbabwe.

“On my way to visit my granny. A day filled with crying and restoration. I can’t wait to get there.”

Nadia’s search for food was resolved immediately after she appealed to her fans for assistance. Despite how the Zimbabwean promoter had treated her, BRAGGA, as she is affectionately referred to by her fans, nonetheless took the stage and gave festival-goers their money’s worth.
