Renowned Zimbabwean musician, Braveman Chizvino populary known as Baba Harare, is set to release his debut gospel album, “Repetence”, in July.

This comes after his recent announcement of transitioning to gospel music.

The album’s title reflects Baba Harare’s journey towards spiritual redemption and his commitment to spreading the word of God through music.

For years, Baba Harare had captivated audiences with his Jiti music, his lyrics painting vivid portraits of the human experience. But recently, a profound shift has taken place within him, a spiritual awakening that has steered Baba Harare in an unexpected direction.

Posting on his social media accounts Baba Harare said, “As promised. My first Gospel album aptly named Repetence is coming out in July”

While Baba Harare’s announcement of his debut gospel album “Repetence” has generated significant interest, the news has also left many of his fans in a state of shock and disbelief, with some still praising the musician’s courage to embark on this spiritual journey.
